Happy New Year. As we look back over 2025, we are reminded once again of your faithfulness through your prayers, support, encouragement, and friendship. Your help in the ministry has truly made an eternal difference.
This past year we have been able to preach in multiple villages, see souls saved, and continue discipleship through Bible studies and follow-up. We have distributed Bibles, prayed with people, and helped many along the way. All of this is a direct reflection of your faithfulness. I am often reminded that without your assistance, we simply could not do what we do. Thank you for standing with us.
As we look ahead to 2026, the Lord has already opened several doors. Last week we assisted with a street meeting in Upper Stubbs with Pastor Wilson. This week we are ministering in Biabou, next week in Lower Stubbs, and the following week in Camden Park. In February, we plan to focus heavily on saturating the village of Layou once again.
Our goal as missionaries is to follow the biblical design of the local church. We are in the early stages of that work in Layou. Currently, we are preaching the Gospel on Sunday nights through street preaching and holding Bible studies on Monday nights. Our goal and prayer for February is to secure a location so we can begin holding Sunday morning services.
Along with this update, I would like to ask you to prayerfully consider supporting a fellow laborer, Brother Wilson Joseph. He is a missionary with Macedonian World Baptist Missions and works faithfully alongside us. He is dependable, committed, and present at nearly every evangelistic effort and meeting. You would be hard-pressed to find a man more dedicated to the work of the Lord.
Brother Wilson is currently pastoring a church and working with us to plant the work in Layou. Since graduating from college, his desire has been to plant churches and focus on evangelism. Because his sons need to remain in school here and because of the ongoing work, it would be a tremendous blessing if 20 or so churches would consider supporting him. We would also be glad to set up a phone call or video meeting so he can share his heart and answer any questions. I personally support him and would not present him to you without complete confidence in his character and calling. Faithful fellow laborers like him are one of the greatest helps in the ministry. I will be attaching his prayer letter along with mine.
I would also like to share a practical need. With the Every Village Project and the teams that come to work with us, we are in constant need of a second vehicle to help transport team members. We have found an 18-passenger, diesel, 4x4 van that would be a tremendous help. Because we do not need the van at all times, we plan to allow Brother Wilson’s church to use it for their bus ministry each week and allow a local pastor to use it as a taxi to help offset ministry expenses. When teams are here, the van would be fully available for ministry and transportation needs. The cost of the van is $27,000. If the Lord leads you to help with this need, please let us know.
One last thing we would like to mention is a missions devotional book we have written that is available on Amazon. You can search Who Will Go: Into All the World, or find the link on our website.
Again, thank you for your prayers, support, and faithfulness. We are truly grateful for each of you.
