What is the Gospel?
The Gospel is the death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus Christ. According to 1 Corinthians 15:1-3, the Gospel alone provides salvation—not through good works, baptism, prayers, or anything we can do, but through repentance and faith in Jesus Christ and His sacrifice for us on the cross.
Jesus paid our sin debt by dying on the cross, was buried, and on the third day rose from the grave to give us victory over death.
