Dear Friends,
Hebrews 13:6 says “So that we may boldly say, The LORD is my helper, and I will not fear what man shall do unto me”. 10 years ago in a small orange orchard down in Mexico God opened my eyes to missions. I had grown up in church and I had been around missionaries but never really had a burden for the world. God changed my life that week! About a year after that I stepped out by faith to follow Gods leading and I can boldly say that God is my helper!
The last few months have been amazing! The Lord has blessed us so much as we prepare to leave for the mission field. We have had a new portable sound system given to us, a beautiful hand made Pulpit, and we have been able to find a fully furnished house in Bequia that we can rent when we get there. We have had several new churches join with us and some families that have begun supporting the ministry through their local church. This has brought our support up to 80% (praise the LORD!!)
We are excited about all that God has done and is doing in our lives. We have a busy few months ahead of us! I am thankful for all that God has provided and I am confident that God will supply all our needs. We would like to ask you to please pray with us about a few things; one is our support, we are sitting at 80% right now and we must have at least 10-15 more churches to join with us before we can get the green light to leave. Our prayer is that we can leave in August. Will you please pray that God will lead others to help us as we endeavor to reach the lost in the Grenadines? We also are praying for a building or property on the south side of Bequia to start a church, and a vehicle to use once we are in the islands.
