Dear friends,
I am excited to tell you that we have purchased our tickets! We are leaving for the mission field on October 28th at 7AM!! We will fly out of Florida and arrive on the field that night. It is amazing how God has worked everything out for our departure. Now that the date is set, we are working to get everything ready for us to leave. Our last service at our home church, Love valley Baptist Church, will be October the 12th. After that we will head off to see my wife’s family for a few days in Murphy, NC and then my family in GA then head to Florida to ship our belongings and finish up our deputation with several meetings and a missions conference.
With our departure date set there is so much to do! I want to ask that you pray with us about a few things: First, our support is only at 90% and we are praying that when we leave we will have the full 100%. I Know God can accomplish this and we ask that you pray with us. Secondly, we are praying for the remaining $4,500 for a car in the islands.
I want to say thank you to all the churches and pastors that have done so much for us the last few years on deputation you will never know how you have encouraged us along the way. Please keep us in your prayers as we prepare to leave and as we begin to reach the lost souls in the West Indies.
